Who is behind this
Hey you, I am Darinka (going by Nova now). For 10 years, I worked as a product manager and business consultant across multiple tech startups - from proof-of-concept launches to growth-stage scale-ups. Along the way, I discovered that the most impactful founders and leaders are the ones who invest in their inner growth with the same intensity they bring to their work.
This led me to become a career coach, guiding nearly 100 individuals through professional transitions and personal transformation. And then I went deeper - intensive Vipassana meditation and a 200-hour yoga teacher certification in Thailand. It was the most profound personal transformation I have ever been through.
Now I bring a rare combination: a decade of startup pragmatism, extensive coaching experience, and lived transformation through inner work - not as separate disciplines, but as an integrated approach.
